  • A list of issues by each organization will be developed based on receipt of information contained in Attachment 2.
  • The list will be forwarded to all members for prioritization.

  • A plan for exchange of information on the top issues will be developed.
  • Information exchange will begin.
  • An assessment will be conducted to ensure the implemented processes are functioning effectively. Changes will be made as agreed.
  • A workshop will be proposed to allow members to meet and sort out issues face to face.
  • The plan for continuing and improving the effectiveness of the group will be developed by the membership and implemented.
