Lake Point Conference Center (for lodging reservations) will be closed from 2 PM on Thursday, December 22 thru Monday, January 3, 2012. They will be back in the office on Monday, January 3, 2012. Your PMCG Steering Committee will be conducting our 3rd PM Program assessment on Monday, and Tuesday of that week. We will be reporting initial results of that assessment during the PMCG meeting and obtaining an update from our last 2 assessments at SONGS and Braidwood. Of special note: One of the greatest challenges facing the industry and, us as PM Coordinators is getting good as-found condition and Maintenance Feedback when PMs are performed. NMAC is addressing this challenge. On Friday the members of the Technical Advisory Group that is working with the NMAC project manager to develop a Maintenance Feedback guideline will be meeting at the Conference Center. This guideline is scheduled to be completed and published in the second quarter of 2012. Sample agenda items include: How do I get my PMs performed within the first   of grace? How do I get Maintenance and Engineering to actively participate in my Feedback Program? How should I treat failures of non-critical components? Should I transfer PMs on Non-critical components to Maintenance? Items to bring: Health Reports (electronic copies would be nice so we can share) Also those that have had INPO evals and performed self assessments should be prepared to share and discuss their findings.- also any guidance (electronic format) for PM review teams. There is still time to get your biggest challenges on the agenda. Just let us know what you would like to talk about. Thanks for your participation in the valuable information exchanges taking place at these meeting.
